How to Access AI Campaign Insights Sessions in the Upwave Platform

  1. Navigate to your Campaigns Overview page.

  2. For live/completed campaigns, click the “AI Campaign Insights Sessions” button on the campaign dashboard page.

  3. AI Campaign Insights Sessions opens to a new conversation with the latest results date selected by default. To discuss previous results, select an earlier results date in the upper right dropdown.

  4. Ask Bayes your questions!

Your previous conversations are saved and available for your reference in the left sidebar.

  • Only your own conversations are visible; conversations are not shared within a campaign or team.

  • You can continue previous conversations if desired. Since results are updated daily for live campaigns, start a new conversation by clicking New Chat to discuss the most recent results.

  • If you recently created tactic cuts or cross cuts, start a new conversation by clicking New Chat to discuss the latest results for those cuts.

Making the Most of Your Session

Bayes will answer your questions about Brand Lift, Brand Optimization, and campaign performance. Follow the below best practices to generate the best responses.

Keep it simple

  • Ask one question, review the response, then ask your next question. Bayes will answer you in depth for each request.

  • No need to bundle all of your questions together; you can work through your analysis stepby-step.

  • Expect one visualization per response.

  • Tell Bayes what you want:

    • a summary of results

    • highlights

    • opportunities

    • recommendations

    • an explanation

    • something else

Keep it focused

  • Be specific about what you want to learn or see.

  • Tables are the default; tell Bayes when you want a chart.

  • Tell Bayes when you want Upwave Norms.

    • Ask for norms generally to produce a table comparing overall lift with Platform Norms, Industry Norms, and Brand Maturity Norms.

    • Ask for norms generally or ask for Tactic Norms to produce a downloadable spreadsheet with all norms.

    • Ask specifically for the Platform Norms, Industry Norms, or Brand Maturity Norms for KPI(s) to produce a lift table with a column for the norm comparison.

Clarify as needed

  • If a response isnʼt quite right:

    • Re-frame and ask a different way.

    • Tell Bayes what to do differently or to try again.

    • Specify the preferred output, audience for the output, data, KPI, cut, etc.

  • Filter the response

    • Tell Bayes if you only want results for a specific stat sig level or response count.

    • Tell Bayes if you only want results for a specific KPI or type of cut.

  • Ask Bayes to explain when the methodology is unclear or results are unexpected.
